Russian-Chinese scientific-methodical conference: “Problems of linguistics in non-linguistic high schools”.
During the 3-day conference, which was held on the basis of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University from 13 to 15 December 2016 foreign and Russian experts in the field of linguistics discussed possible ways of integrating scientific knowledge and practice.
The Conference was organized by the Bauman University and the Harbin Institute of Technology.
The conference program touched a lot of important issues: Linguistics and Language Didactics, cognitive and pragmatic features of language units of different levels, text and discourse in modern linguistic paradigms, corpus linguistics, and intercultural aspects of the foreign language training, testing problems, as well as many other subjects.
At the conference, the director of the Academic Writing Center NUST MISiS Bazanova Elena held a master class “The resource base of Academic Writing Center: the creation, use and promotion of your own teaching materials” and told more about how to work with electronic open access resources.
